Booking Policy

  • We reserve the right to cancel your booking if we deem the river unsafe or unsuitable on the date of your trip.

  • 24 hours notice is required if cancelling a booking or reduce the number of people booked in.

  • There is a no refund policy, however you can change your booking date to a new date that is suitable.

  • Due to safety concerns, no children under the age of five years old can participate in this activity.

  • All participants must be able to swim 50 meters unassisted regardless of their age.

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to our departure time from noreuil park boat ramp.
